Mrs Ann Michelle McSweeney started her Martial Arts training at the age of 3. She teaches class, runs camps, the school, After School, and is mommy to three young children. She works as a floor RN on the weekends. She is CDC Heads Up, Stop the Bleed, and Safe Sport trained, in order to be better prepared to help her students.
